Some of the local folk living around Bubba’s stagecoach stop asked him to come up with a salsa that has just a bit more heat. One of his buddie, a Texas Ranger, suggested he use a chile pepper he tried down on the border called a "Chipotle". "It’s a smoked, roasted, and dried jalapeno pepper, and is plenty hot," he said and he was right! This salsa has that great "slow burn".. Ya’ll need to try it.
