About Stagecoach Jerky All our jerky is made from lean Top Round Beef, Buffalo, and Turkey Breast Stagecoach Jerky is naturally 97% fat free We provide generous seasonings and spices prior to smoking Stagecoach Jerky is slow smoked over mesquite wood for 16 hours in custom built, state-of-the-art smokehouses Absolutely no artificial preservatives are added Stagecoach Jerky is hand packaged & cut giving our product a personal touch Storing Stagecoach Jerky When you order any amount Stagecoach Jerky, we send it to you in individual vacuum sealed 4 oz. packages. Stagecoach Jerky should keep for 6-8 months in its original, unopened vacuum sealed package.  After opening the package, we recommend you remove the jerky from the plastic package and store it in a brown paper sack or freeze it.  Never refrigerate Stagecoach Jerky.
